Sabine has spent over 25 years living and working across the globe — France, UK, Germany, USA, Argentina, Dubaï, Singapore and China. She brings a rare combination of psychology, business, and cross-cultural expertise to her coaching practice, working with senior leaders and accomplished individuals worldwide.

She started her career as a coach at the London Business School, working with hundreds of MBA and Global MBA students from diverse international backgrounds. This early experience shaped her understanding of leadership, identity, and the challenges faced by high-performing individuals at critical transition points.

For 15 years, while in China, Sabine founded and directed Reflections, a behavioral leadership coaching firm that successfully supported executives and leadership teams in Fortune 100 companies*. This work established her reputation for rigor, insight, and practical impact. She also led a therapy practice for individuals and couples, supporting expatriate families through unprecedented challenges — a unique experience that enriched her understanding of human behavior and resilience.

Affiliated with INSEAD business school (Singapore and France), coaching in Executive Education, and for three years, she supervised the clinical programme “Coaching and Consulting for Change”. She is a contributing author in Leadership Coaching in China (in collaboration with CEIBS faculty) and Passionately Striving in Why.

She holds a MSc in Clinical Psychopathology, a PhD in Human and Organisations Development, and is a PCC-level International Coaching Federation accredited coach. She is also a fully accredited Mindfulness Teacher (Berkeley Institute) and an IADC - Induced After Death Communication practitioner.

Sabine now works with her clients remotely, in both French and English, offering a confidential, experienced, and neutral space. Some life transitions—whether personal or professional—can be deeply destabilizing. They do not have to be faced alone.

On a voluntary basis, Sabine visits weekly, with her dog Bella, individuals in "Memory Centers" and nursing homes — an experience that brings a different perspective on the end of life and on the essence of human connection, beyond roles, status, and achievements.
